About Blue Fat Fish and this collection

"Blue Fat Fish" is the community's pet name for DeepSeek — the logo is a blue whale, and when someone sent the logo back to the model and asked what it was, the model called itself a "fat fish". Paired with the rice-loving, slacking-off-but-scary-strong persona, DeepSeek-chan (Whale-chan) became the most recognizable Chinese AI personification. Full backstory in the Whale-chan encyclopedia entry — search "deepseek fat fish wallpaper" and most of what you'll find is fan art of her.

This set was collected from a Baidu Tieba thread (deepseek board, Oct 2026) titled "Any landscape Blue Fat Fish images good for desktop wallpapers?", where fans shared AI wallpapers they generated. Every image was hand-checked: anything carrying a platform watermark was dropped. 980px is the image host's ceiling — the highest quality Tieba serves.

How to save: open any image via "View full size", right-click → "Save image as" (long-press on mobile), then set it as wallpaper in system settings. Landscape picks suit 16:9 desktops, portrait picks suit phone lockscreens, the square suits tablets. New watermark-free finds get added over time; made your own? Send it through the submission page.

Wallpaper FAQ

Are these Blue Fat Fish wallpapers free to download?

Yes. Every image has a "View full size" link — open it and save it (right-click on desktop, long-press on mobile). No account, no limits.

What resolution are they, and will they fit my screen?

Landscape images are 980×551 to 980×653 (close to 16:9) — good for 1080p / 2K desktops. Portrait images are 750×1344 and 941×1672 for phone lockscreens, plus one 980×980 square for tablets. On 4K they upscale slightly, though dark sea scenes hide it well.

Can I use these wallpapers commercially?

All images are fan-made AI art; copyright stays with the original creators. This gallery only indexes them and grants no license. Personal desktop and lockscreen use is fine; for commercial use (video covers, prints), ask the original authors first.

Will there be more DeepSeek wallpapers?

Yes — new watermark-free picks keep getting added at the top of the list. Created your own? Submit it via the submission page; once it passes review it goes live.
